How to build blacklist and whitelist ring in AOH?

We add a new function in AOH recently, that is you can build a blacklist ring or whitelist ring for several campaigns. The blacklists and whitelists will be shared in these campaigns, so it will performace like a global blacklist or a global whitelist, temporay.

Below is how to build it.

1. Campaigns

Lets say we have 5 campaigns. Campaign A, campaign B, campaign C, campaign D and campaign E.

2. Extract list
Dashboard->Campaigns->Settings->Blacklist Source, Extract Blacklist
Whitelist as the same.

3. Build the ring
A->B->C->D->E->A

By doing this, a ring formed, the blacklists circulate, a temporay global blacklist formed.
